About junior varsity
Junior Varsity is an exciting “intro to flag football program” specifically designed for boys & girls ages 3-4! Powered by spirited coaches, classes will focus on building a strong foundation of the FUNdamental skills with drill-based games, station rotations and challenges in catching, passing, flag pulling, the basic rules of flag football and overall athletic development!
The game plan for Junior Varsity is to prepare our youngest athletes with both skills and knowledge needed for flag football. Flag football is one of the fastest growing sports in the country and Junior Varsity is a prime opportunity to get involved! Flag football teaches children about teamwork, communication skills, coordination and discipline in a fun & safe environment.
Junior Varsity will be played at SPORTIME in Bethpage for the Winter 2023 season.

Junior Varsity is for children born in 2018 and 2019 -- Nursery through Pre-K (Ages 3 & 4).

The clinic fee is $199.00 per athlete (only about $33 per week)!
The registration fee covers a six-week clinic, a flag belt, an interactive website and team communication app, a well-organized and responsive administration team, and qualified skills trainers.
All Winter 2023 clinics will be held on Sunday afternoons at 12:30pm.
YES! Varsity Flag in general is a no contact league, reducing the potential for injury and increasing the potential for fun!
The registration deadline for Winter 2023 is January 3rd, 2023 and our Spring 2023 registration deadline is February 25, 2023.
