Teams
Varsity Flag strives to build inclusive teams across all skill levels from ages 5 to 12. We realize sports play is both an individualized and collaborative journey. Each player will be acknowledged for their individual development needs while placing them on a team that will give them a sense of connectedness. Team building is the most important part of our mission.
Our team placements are player-centric across our separate boys’ and girls’ divisions. We offer players the option of forming teams with friends or electing to be assigned to a team. We balance developing athleticism with building relationships and creating exciting memories.
