Refund Policy

As a rule of thumb, no refunds will be issued.


In special circumstances, a Refund Request may be sent via email (support@varsityflag.com) before 5:00pm on the registration deadline date. We will contact you upon receipt of your request and, if granted, a check will be issued and mailed within four to six weeks. You will be assessed a $120 administrative fee and will forfeit your child’s flags and jersey. There are no refunds for merchandise purchased at the time of registration.


Refunds will not be issued due to overscheduling. Varsity Flag consists of one game per week. Participants that are unwilling or unable to make that commitment will not receive a refund for missed games.


We regret that we are unable to issue a refund for illness or emergency.


Varsity Flag allows for player and coach requests and makes every effort to grant those requests. In the event players are not assigned to a specific team, coach or partnered with specific players, even if requested, refunds will not be issued.


No refunds will be given for suspensions or expulsions related to disciplinary violations.


No refunds will be given for weather-related circumstances as they are out of our control.


Varsity Flag reserves the right to cancel any activity based on insufficient enrollment or other conditions beyond our control.
