Enroll your athlete in Long Island's best flag football league for our Fall 2025 season!

The season starts on 9/14/25 and runs through November!

What's Included?

Equipment:

  • A Premium Varsity Flag Sublimated Jersey
  • Flag Belt

Things to Know:

  • Games will be scheduled in 60-minute slots on Sundays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
  • The schedule for the entire season will be released before the season starts
  • Practices are scheduled by the coach based on team availability. You will learn practice times and dates from your coach once the season starts.
  • The 2025 Spring league starts on 9/14/25 and runs for 6 weeks, plus playoffs and the Super Bowl.
    • All teams make the playoffs!
  • Games are facilitated by professional/experienced referees.
  • You can register your athlete as an individual (who we will place on a team), with some friends that we can add to an existing team - or even create an entire team of your child's friends! We honor all requests!
  • Coaches are parent volunteers. We highly recommend volunteering to coach! Learn more about coaching HERE.

You can register your athlete as an individual (who we will place on a team), or with some friends that we can add to an existing team.

Teams:

You can register an existing team that already plays, or a brand new team that you're creating. Teams are a minimum of 8 players. Full team registrations receive a discount.
