Keep your athlete's skills fresh & have some flag football fun every Saturday morning at SPORTTIME in Bethpage OR Kings Park!
This Fall starting on September 14th from 9:15am-10:15am!
What's Included?
- Professional Skills and FUNdamentals Trainers
- Each week, our expert trainers will work on skills like pass-throwing, pass-catching, running/cutting with the ball, flag-pulling, zone defense, and much more!
- Intramural Games
Here’s a preview of the 'Skill Saturdays' Structure:
- 9:00am-9:15am: Arrival
- 9:15am-9:20am: Warmups
- 9:20am-10:00am: Skills Training
- 10:00am-10:15am: Intramural game

Junior Varsity (4 year olds): 9:00am-9:45am
Ages 5-6: 9:15am-10:15am
Ages 7-8: 9:15am-10:15am
Ages 9-14: 9:15am-10:15am
