Varsity Flag was built to raise up young athletes and create lifelong leaders. We want to provide a unique experience for all participants that encourages sportsmanship and leads to having fun on the football field and forming new friendships.

Our team placements are player-centric across separate boys’ and girls’ divisions for ages 5-14. We offer players the option of forming teams with friends or they can elect to be assigned to a team.

We also offer Junior Varsity with FAST which teaches FUNdamentals and flag skills for boys & girls ages 3 & 4. We balance developing athleticism with building relationships and creating exciting memories.

Varsity Flag’s game plan is to provide an equal-participation youth sports league that includes elite character building for all skill levels. We are THE forward-thinking, premier flag football league providing empowering, supportive sports play that includes the entire family. That is supportive sports play at its best.

Junior Varsity will be played at: North Shore Day Camp (Glen Cove), Crestwood Country Day Camp (Melville) and Twin Oaks Day Camp (Merrick).
